Michael Pippin

LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Michael is a Spirit-led pastor with more than 25 years of ministry experience, including church planting, multisite leadership, Next Gen ministry, leadership development, and community engagement. He’s spent years building healthy staff cultures, raising up volunteer leaders, and creating discipleship systems that actually help people grow, all within a Spirit-filled environment. His roots run deep in Plant City, FL where his family has lived for six generations.

What really stands out about Pastor Michael is how he brings together strong Biblical teaching, sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, and practical leadership that produces real, measurable growth while still keeping people known and cared for. His preaching is both exegetical and Spirit-led, with solid theological depth, clear and practical application, and a steady sense of humor. He’s intentional about communicating in a way that connects with both mature believers and those who are newer in their faith.

Outside of ministry, Pastor Michael stays engaged in the marketplace through business ventures like the print and apparel company he runs with his wife. It’s another way he blends creativity with purpose, using it as an avenue to extend influence beyond the walls of the church.

Julie was raised in a pastor’s home, which helped shape a lifelong commitment to serving the local church and investing in the work of ministry. She has faithfully built a home centered on faith, raising children who actively serve the Lord and reflect those same values in their own lives. Alongside her ministry influence, she leads a successful print and apparel company in Plant City, FL demonstrating both entrepreneurial strength and a strong work ethic. Her life reflects a consistent integration of faith, family, and leadership, with a steady focus on impacting others both within the church and in the broader community.
